私が行ったのは夜の8時頃。20分くらい待ちました。結構混んでいます。
注文したのは、味噌ラーメン。
ちょっと塩味がきいている感じですが、おいしかったです。
麺もちゃんと縮れ麺で、札幌ラーメンでした。
場所もアクセスが良いので、時間帯によっては混んでいますが、並んでも食べる価値はあると思いました。
お店はきれいで、スタッフはフレンドリーです。
それにしても、私は日本にいたときはそれほどラーメンを食べたいと思ったことはないのですが、こちらに来てからなんだか食べるようになりました。日本人のお友達もそのような感想を持つ方が結構います。不思議ですね～。
"Daikaya"- a new Sapporo ramen style restaurant opened in Chinatown, Washington D.C. I went there with my friends in the evening. The shop was such a crowded one, and we had to wait for around 20 minutes.
I ordered Miso Ramen and added a boiled egg. The soup was leaning on the salty side, but still it was very delicious. The price is average in the United States.The space was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. I left the restaurant with satisfaction.
